JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for the discretionary portfolio management (DPM) Support Services and Fund Administration (CIS).
• Responsible for assisting in the execution of trades for DPM and the accuracy of Fund Administration business process(es). For example:
o Establish and implement process to maximise product profitability;
o Ensure that new and existing products documentations are most up-to-date (and/or within MAS guidelines);
o Ensure product offering are scalable to achieve efficiency.
• Assist and provide support to drive penetration into Managed Investment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support services for Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM).
Supporting/ assisting in the end-to-end processes of funds setup (e.g. legal documentation, preparation of marketing materials, system setup processes, updating procedures, etc., where necessary.
Assist in providing key sales support to sales and distribution colleagues in positioning the team’s investment products.
Market and launch platform.
