Job Duties:
- Download from and upload documents to the software and from Email.
- Emailing staff, management and clients.
- Sending E-Fax documents to different insurances and health care facilities.
- Downloading incoming E-Fax documents and uploading them to software.
- Communicate with Office manager and staff on a daily basis to address issues
- Merge and Split PDF documents using software and/internet.
- Converting documents into different formats.
- Organizing Medical records and preparing them for review and submission.
- Acting as a liaison between the Office Manager and staff for smooth work flow.
- Performing any other tasks as directed.
Job Requirement:
- Must be able to read/write and understand English
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Ms Excel/Word/PDF
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to BD400.000 per month
