Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy/BS Industrial Engineering/BS Information Technology/ or any business-related course
- With at least 1 year of related experience as a data/asset analyst
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Knowledge in the following field is a plus:
-LTO Registration
-LTFRB PA/CPC application
-Insurance Claims and Monitoring
-Asset Management Database
-GPS Monitoring & Report
- Willing to assign in Ugong, Pasig City
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity of company-owned transportation asset is up to date
- Responsible in providing reports related to asset inventory, consumption and claims settlement
- Ensures that company-owned transportation are equipped with all materials prior deployment/hand-over to Area Operations
- Monitors status of motor vehicle insurance claims and coordinate with all concerned parties for timely settlement
- Ensures that SOA from service providers are processed timely
- Perform other functions which the immediate superior may require
