Electrical Project Manager – Data Center – Warsaw
Our client is a leading Main Contractor with multiple projects in Ireland and recently in Mainland Europe.
They are heavily involved in the construction of Data Centres which they build as a complete package from enabling/civil works through structural build, M&E installation and commissioning to final client handover.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take the lead ensuring the project is delivered to expectation. Duties will include short term programming, site logistics, supervising and managing engineers and subcontractors, ordering materials, providing technical advice and keeping a close eye on project spend to ensure profitability. You will also have oversight on project reporting, be confident to chair design team/client meetings and ensure strict health and safety standards are maintained.
Ultimately, you will have full oversight to install both HV and LV services, so will need to have a strong technical background to overcome issues as they arise.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous data centre project experience with strong working knowledge of both low voltage and high voltage services
Confident leadership and communication skills
Ideally 5+ years in a project management position
Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
Remuneration
You will receive an excellent remuneration package including return flights twice per month, all accommodation paid, a living allowance as well as an excellent salary in line with your experience.
