When I am Shopping:
- I pick customer orders on the salesfloor as efficiently as possible.
- I follow cold chain processes.
- I make substitutions that are the best for my customers.
- I provide customer service while personal shopping.
- I use the Walmart Store app to assist customers.
- I hand off full pick carts to our staging associates to process.
- I follow compliance standards when picking, staging, and dispensing to provide a safe experience for our customers.
When I am Staging:
- I take full picking carts from shopping associates and begin the staging process in the dense staging area.
- I remove anti-theft devices, like spider wrap and keeper boxes, from items as I am staging.
- I prepare picking carts with their supplies and totes for shopping associates.
- I perform quality checks on random orders as I am staging.
- I consolidate totes as I complete the pickup ready staging process.
- I process any damages or returns from dispense by taking items to claims.
- I assist with dispensing, as necessary.
When I am Prepping:
- I monitor the customer check-in process to have orders ready for dispense before the customer arrives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour
