Job description
Our Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Atera's channel partners. This position requires a strategic and analytical individual who is able to build strong relationships with partners and ensure their success. They need to be able to identify key issues and opportunities, create effective strategies and drive initiatives to satisfy the needs of Atera’s channel partners.

Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit potential channel partners using a data-driven approach and manage the relationship to ensure a smooth onboarding- Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
- Nurturing partnerships throughout their lifecycle and supporting them to meet targets
- Manage and orchestrate all needed internal resources to support partners’ growth
- Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads
- Analyze market trends, channel partner performance and identify opportunities
Requirements:
2+ years experience in channel partner management \ Account Executive in a SaaS company with quota-carrying role- A MUST- workdays- Monday to Friday , flexible work hours
- High level of English
- Experience in a global work environment
- Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
- Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results and meet deadlines
