ABOUT THE TEAM
SAP SuccessFactors is the global provider of cloud-based Human Experience Management (HXM) software. Our Human Experience Management application suite provides powerful, cloud-based solutions for core HR and payroll, talent management, employee experience management, and people analytics.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/d) who wants to support our HXM Presales team. The working student works with and for the team helping them to engage with SAP SuccessFactors customers and sales teams. The tasks of the working student (f/m/d) include (but are not limited to):
- Develop innovative SuccessFactors Demo Stories by leveraging storytelling techniques
- Support the continuous development of existing Demo Stories
- Assist the SuccessFactors Demo Story Project Team with organizational tasks, research and monitoring topics
- Create and adapt internal and external communication assets (e.g. PowerPoint Presentations)
- Prepare customer workshops and presentations
- Assist Presales Team in daily tasks
Within our team, you will be encouraged to take up responsibility and solve tasks independently, to generate new ideas and implement them.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences- Preferred fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
- Creativity, passion for new ideas, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- First experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
As an attactive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1510€ gross/month/full time, in addtion to generous additional benefits.
