The Senior Sales Advisor assists in leading, developing, selling, contracting, and collaborating on strategies for effective pharma client business development opportunities. Initially this will include supporting selling Ascent data and services to existing and emerging pharma clients. In addition, this includes managing ongoing external pharma client relationships to ensure consistent satisfaction of the contractual services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
What you will be working on:
- Sell and collaborate on effective business development strategies for pharma clients
- Manage ongoing external pharma client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services
- Negotiate contracts and assist with issue resolution
- Work cross-functionally to maximize sales volume and identify new market opportunities
- Participate in sales presentations and special projects as assigned
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (MBA preferred)
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop strategic work plans, assess program metrics and financials, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare, pharma, and PBM industry preferred
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and willing travel when needed (particularly to the U.S.)
