Service Area team is committed to providing customers with the best class service in the industry. Ensure contract delivery, maintain and improve customer satisfaction On the premise of complying with Vestas safety and quality policy, Field service team work for profitability improvement through cost out and efficient improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead field operation team (site manager, supervisor and site techs) in Vestas service operation China
- Responsible for performance of all sites under service contract, achieve the target of safety & quality, availability, revenue achievement, cost control, and efficiency improvement. Maintain and improve customer relationship.
- Responsible for the SQHE compliance for site / region
- Fulfill contract defined service delivery to customer
- Tracking key issues, pushing for solution, define right communicate strategy to customer
- Define the right cost plan based on the actual site situation
- Improve site efficiency，Achieve revenue timely，Service fee collection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related electrical / mechanical Engineering subject
- Education background or practical experience for business management
- Understanding of service operation process, KPIs and tools
- Good communicator, clearly deliver the message and capability to convenience stakeholders
- Good communicate skill to external customer, quickly build up the trust with high level customer management
- Great leadership experience, with the ability to guide people especially the managers,
- Ability to motivate, coach team member
