What do you have to offer?
A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers’ needs will fit right in. But also:
- German (minimum C1 level)
- English (Minimum C1 Level)
- At least 1+ e2e implementations of SAP HCM Time, SF Time / Workforce Software (1-4 years experience in this area)
- Interested in deepening and broadening previous knowledge
Desirable additional skills:
- Certification in SAP HCM Time, SF Time / Workforce Software
- Experience in related topics such as SF EC, payroll, time management
Which task can you expect?
- Reporting to the SF EC Lead Consultant DE / AT
- Supporting the Lead / Senior Consultant SF EC in customer projects during workshops, design, implementation and go-live of SAP HCM Time, SF Time / Workforce software.
- Designing and configuring functional / technical SAP HCM Time, SF Time / Workforce Software solutions
- Supporting customers during user tests, finds and corrects errors
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in SAP HCM Time, SF Time / Workforce Software
